R.I.P. Patrick Swayze
Actor Patrick Swayze has passed away at the age of 57.
Patrick has been suffering from pancreatic cancer since 2008.
Patrick Swayze might be best known for he roles in Dirty Dancing and Ghost.

R.I.P. John Hughes

John Hughes, creator of some of the most famous 80’s movies such ‘The Breakfast Club, ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’, ‘Sixteen Candles’ and more passed away today at age 59.
According to he publicist he had a massive heart attack while walking in Manhattan.
Mr. Hughes is survived by his wife Nancy, 2 children and 4 grandchildren.

Michael Jackson’s Memorial Service Ratings are in

According to Neilson, over 31.1 million people tuned into Michael Jackson’s Memorial Service yesterday, making it the 2nd most watched memorial service ever. The top spot goes to the late Princess Diana who died in 1997, her memorial service was viewed by 33.25 million viewers.
Online rating were also up, with roughly 29.4+ million viewers watching the service via an online feed serveral websites were offering.
Yesterday’s Memorial Service was aired on over 19 networks.

The memorial service will be held tomorrow July 7 at 10am PDT in L.A.’s Staples Center.
The service will also be avialable via a live feed online or broadcast on serval networks such as ABC, CNN and E!
Just as a reminder, if you don’t have ticket to the event, do not show up at The Staples Center. Only those with tickets will be allowed within the blocked off streets.
