gLee = AWESOME

I just finished watching the pilot episode for “gLee”, and it was AWESOME!!! It was funny, smart, and totally tapped into the choir geek in me. I can’t wait for the full season to start in the fall.
If you missed it, it will be available on FOX.com all summer. You can also download the single “Don’t Stop Believin’ ” on iTunes!!!

DeadPool to Get Own Spin-off

Wasting no time, People.com is reporting that it looks like the next film in the X-Men Origins franchise could be that of Wade Wilson/Deadpool.
Ryan Reynolds who portrayed DeadPool in Wolverine is said to be in talks to once again wield those swords!!!
“Deadpool, actually mercenary Wade Wilson, will overcome the setback suffered in Wolverine and regain the ability to shoot off his mouth, according to the Hollywood Reporter. “
Here is my question…it looked as if DeadPool was beheaded in Wolverine, so how does one recover from being beheaded??? Will Wolverines healing powers allow them to just stick his head back on and all is good again or are wil going to be looking for some super strong duck tape????
Also, Wolverine is also getting a another film – this one with a samurai storyline. Maybe that explains the whole Japan ending????
Fringe Renewed for Second Season!!!

Even though Fox’s upfronts aren’t until May 17th, they decided to give us Fringe fans a little good news. Fox announced today that Fringe was picked up for a full 22 episode 2nd season pick-up!!!
Fringe is the brain child of J.J. Abrams (Lost & the new Star Trek Movie) and centers on the realms of Fringe science. Currently, Fringe has been pretty much tied with CBS’s The Mentalist in rating for the 9pm time slot.
GLee: This show looks freaking awesome

So being the choir geek that I am, I can’t wait for this new show on Fox “Glee”. The show is based on the oh not so popular Glee club!!
Fox has been promowhoring this show like crazy (maybe they should the same for Dollhouse..hint hint), and it is paying off.
