The CW’s full upfront presentation was this morning.  Along with confirming their 2009/2010 line up, they also showed 3 minute preview for the 3 new shows they are picking up…including “The Vampire Diaries”.

Check out the clip below!!! I’m thinking this will fill time between Twilight movies quite nicely!!!

Vampire Diaries will air Thursdays @8pm on The CW this fall!!!

Even though this won’t be “confirmed” until tomorrow, the 2009/2010 line up for The CW has been released.

I’m happy that “Vampire Diaries” has been given Smallville’s timeslot, and in return Smallville has been given the kiss of death timeslot of 8pm Friday night!!.

Even though the CW’s upfront isn’t for a few more days, they did announce what new shows were being picked up, and among them was “The Vampire Diaries”, based of the L.J. Smith book series.

Now, some are calling this a TV version of “Twilight”, but don’t be fooled.  Well they may deal with some of the same things (Vampire love Human, Vampire wants to be good, etc), they are not the same story.

I am howeve excited to see this series brought to life, as I’ve read the whole series (click HERE to read my take on it), plus it gives me something to watch in between True Blood and New Moon.

I’ll have everything on the CW upfront once I get that info!!

ABC’s has announced its 2009/2010 schedule, some shocking news has come from the ABC Upfront; Ugly Betty has been moved to Friday’s and Samantha Who has been canceled.
